HG 1/144 HGCE ZGMF-X191M2 ∞ Justice Gundam Type II
The ZGMF-X191M2 ∞ Justice Gundam Type II is a mobile suit introduced in the animated film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. It is piloted by Athrun Zala.
An upgraded version of the ZGMF-X19A ∞ Justice Gundam, modified by Erica Simmons at the request of Cagalli Yula Athha. Originally made to test out the performance of the AMGS-X18P Cavalier Aifrid support craft, the Type II features enhanced performance over its predecessor. External changes to the Type II include a new head, new larger shoulders, changed skirt armors and legs, and the replacement of its signature horn's sensors with a beam blade emitter. A new panoramic cockpit has also been installed to improve the pilot's situational awareness.
The main change to the Type II is the new M2X32E "Volantes" 4-winged sub-flight lifter developed off data from the EW454F Ootori Striker pack. It features enhanced flight performance and improved firepower, including additional beam saber emitters and missile launchers.
