At LA Scale Model, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your model isn't the perfect fit for your collection, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all protective foam and display bases are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists confirm the model is in its original, unassembled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
